About Us
Redefining what’s possible in inclusive education
Our Start
Ashmont Learning Collective was founded with a bold belief: that inclusive education should be the standard—and that we achieve it best, together. Built on the idea that it takes a collective effort to support all learners, Ashmont equips educators with the training, tools, and curriculum needed to create inclusive, rigorous classrooms. We go beyond compliance, helping schools build learning environments where every student has access, agency, and a clear path to success.

Meet Ashley Henderson
Founder, Educator
A passionate advocate for inclusive education, Ashley specializes in curriculum design, teacher development, and creating student-centered learning experiences that truly meet the moment.
Ashley’s journey is both personal and professional. She’s worked as a math teacher and special educator in a variety of secondary settings, witnessing firsthand the barriers that too often stand in the way of student success. As the parent of a child with autism and one with learning disabilities, her commitment runs deep—grounded in lived experience and fueled by a desire to redefine what equitable education can look like.
Ashley founded Ashmont Learning Collective to support educators and schools with tools that actually work in real classrooms. She is proud to be recognized as a MCP Distinguished Educator.
Through Ashmont Learning Collective, she provides professional development, one-on-one coaching, and adaptive curriculum solutions for schools and educators. Her approach blends research-based practices with real-world strategies, empowering educators to improve student outcomes and cultivate inclusive, high-impact learning environments.
